This is a 6 week program that does not require you to leave your home. This is a 4 day strength training split with 2 HITT days that include core work. You will learn how to get an effective workout at home with some of our educational tips. This is a downloadable program that is non-refundable (30 pages.)

-Bands

-Glute Band

-Set of Dumbbells (the more the better but if you dont have any you can use any weight at home such as water jugs)
